Launched in 2008 with an intentional purpose of focusing on the needs of our customers, Crossroads Drywall has earned a reputation of providing quality, integral, affordable solutions to the new residential construction market.

Pat Feyen – President & Owner
In 2013, Mr. Feyen led efforts to purchase Crossroads Drywall. As a result, Allied Pro Drywall, LLC was formed and Crossroads Drywall was purchased in 2014. Mr. Feyen remains the sole owner of Allied Pro Drywall, LLC (d.b.a. Crossroads Drywall).
Mr. Feyen is an accomplished executive with over 30 years in CEO capacity leading healthcare, service and construction companies to unprecedented levels of revenue, profit and market share in highly competitive, dynamic markets.

Bryan Zumo – VP of Operations
Bryan Zumo has been in the drywall industry since 1998. Starting out as an apprentice in CA he obtained Journeyman status as a Drywall Finisher. Bryan also obtained his Bachelors in Fine Arts, which he incorporates in the company through his attention to detail, aesthetics, and design features.
Bryan successfully launched Crossroads Drywall in 2008. He subsequently sold to the current ownership in 2014 and joined the organization as VP of Operations, managing the daily operations and direction of the company.

Melanie Sanchez – Administrative Assistant/Accounting
Melanie has been with Crossroads since 2008 operating in various functions including billing and collections, production and scheduling, accounts payable and accounting and finance. Our builders and homeowners have benefitted from Melanie’s exceptional level of service and responsiveness for over 14 years.

Madison Downey – Administrative Assistant/Scheduling
Madison joined Crossroads in 2019 and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management. Madison has a passion for organization, art and design and is responsible for production, scheduling, material management and management reporting for the company.
